Planiva is a downloadable, hyperlinked PDF planner. Open it in a compatible PDF annotation app to write, type, highlight and add notes. It is not a standalone app. A device, stylus and third-party software are not included.
Writing tools, calendar links, handwriting conversion, syncing and backups depend on the app and device you use.
How does your planner work with Google and Apple Calendar?

Calendar links, where included, open the relevant calendar app so you can create an event or reminder. This is not automatic two-way calendar syncing, and the PDF does not send notifications. Availability depends on your device, app and permissions.
What will happen after I purchase?

After successful payment, your digital download link is sent to the email address used at checkout. Check your inbox and spam/junk folder. No physical item is shipped and no shipping charge applies.

What is your refund policy?

If a technical issue prevents you from downloading or using your planner, email support@myplaniva.co within 30 days of purchase. Include your order number, device/app details and a description or screenshot of the issue. We will help troubleshoot; if we cannot resolve the confirmed issue, you are eligible for a full refund.
