About these terms
These terms cover your use of the Planiva store and purchases of our digital planners. The store is operated by PestMD Lab LLC and hosted by Shopify. Review the product listing and our delivery, refund and privacy policies before ordering. Mandatory consumer protections apply regardless of these terms.
Our digital products
Planners are downloadable files, not standalone software or physical goods. The product listing identifies the edition and file format. A dated planner does not automatically update to future years. Devices, styluses, third-party app licenses and subscriptions are not included. Unless expressly stated on the listing, the purchase is a one-time payment with no Planiva subscription or automatic renewal.
Compatibility and features
You are responsible for checking device and app requirements before buying. PDF annotation, handwriting tools, cloud backups and device syncing depend on third-party software. Calendar links, where included, open a calendar service; they are not automatic two-way synchronization or notification functionality supplied by the PDF. We are not affiliated with third-party app or device providers unless expressly stated.
Orders and payment
Provide accurate billing and contact information. Prices, currency, discounts and applicable taxes are displayed at checkout. The final checkout total controls your payment. We may decline or cancel an order where payment fails, fraud is reasonably suspected or a material listing error needs correction. If payment has been taken for an order we cancel, it will be refunded. We will not charge a corrected higher price without your agreement.
Delivery and support
Digital access follows successful payment confirmation through a download link or instructions. See our Digital Delivery Policy for missing links and access issues. Keep a backup of your download. We do not promise permanent download hosting, future editions or indefinite support unless expressly included on the listing.
Personal-use license
Your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased files for your own personal planning on your own devices. You may keep personal backups. You may not resell, redistribute, upload for others to download, sublicense, share access credentials or commercially exploit the files without written permission. Intellectual property remains with its respective owner. Rights granted by applicable law remain unaffected.
Refunds and cancellation
Our Refund Policy explains our 30-day support process for technical issues, approved refunds and statutory rights. These terms do not themselves obtain any express consent required to begin digital supply during a legal cancellation period.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the store, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, infringe others’ rights or use the service for unlawful purposes. Keep your account login private.
Product information and outcomes
Product descriptions explain intended features; screenshots illustrate use. Digital planning tools do not guarantee productivity, health, financial or personal outcomes. Third-party services may change their features and availability.
Responsibility and disputes
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from misuse of files or third-party app failures. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory rights concerning digital content. Wyoming law applies to the extent it does not deprive you of mandatory protections under the law applicable to you. Contact us first if you have a complaint; your rights to seek other lawful remedies remain intact.
Changes
We may update these terms for future use and purchases by publishing a revised version. Changes do not retroactively remove rights attached to an existing purchase.
