Scope

This policy explains how PestMD Lab LLC collects and uses personal information when you visit the Planiva store, buy a digital planner or contact us. Shopify hosts the store. We do not receive the personal notes you write in a downloaded planner merely because you bought it from us.

Information we collect

• Contact and order information, such as your name, email, billing details, purchased products, transaction status and support messages.
• Account details and preferences if you create or use an account.
• Device and usage information, such as IP address, browser, referral source, page interactions and cookie identifiers.
• Download access records where the delivery service provides them, for delivery support and fraud prevention.

Payment information is handled by the payment services offered at checkout. Do not send full card numbers or passwords through our contact form.

How information is collected

We receive information you submit at checkout, in forms or through your account; information collected through cookies and similar technologies; and information from Shopify, payment providers and services supporting store operations.

How we use information

We use information to process payments, provide digital access, confirm orders, respond to support and refund requests, maintain accounts, prevent fraud, secure the store and comply with legal and accounting obligations. Where enabled and legally permitted, we also use it to understand store performance and provide marketing. Marketing consent may be withdrawn at any time.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to deliver purchases, handle support and disputes, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system offers absolute security.

You can unsubscribe from promotional emails through their unsubscribe link. We may still send essential purchase, delivery and support messages.

Our company is based in the United States, and Shopify and other providers may process information in other countries. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we use or rely on recognized safeguards, such as appropriate contractual protections.

Children and third-party services

The store is not directed to children. If you believe a child submitted personal information without appropriate authorization, contact us. PDF apps, device providers and external sites operate under their own privacy policies. Review those policies before storing personal notes or using external features.
