Digital products only
Planiva sells downloadable digital planners. No physical planner, tablet, stylus or accessory is shipped. There are no shipping charges, delivery carriers, tracking numbers or customs charges for our digital files.
How you receive your order
After payment is successfully confirmed, access to your purchased files is provided through a download link or delivery instructions sent to the email address entered at checkout. Please provide an email address you can access and check your spam or junk folder. Payment checks or technical issues can delay access; an order confirmation alone does not contain the planner unless a download link is included.
Missing or inaccessible downloads
If you cannot locate your link, entered an incorrect email address, or encounter an expired or broken link, contact us with your order number. We will verify the purchase and help restore access or provide a replacement file. Do not place a second order just to recover a missing download.
Device and app requirements
Review the product description before purchase. PDF planners require a compatible PDF reader; writing and editing require a compatible PDF annotation app. Third-party app purchases, subscriptions, devices and internet access are not included. Features depend on the app and device used. Save a backup of your downloaded file.
Edition and access
A dated planner covers only the year or period shown on its listing. Purchasing an edition does not include automatic future-year editions or unlimited hosting of download links. Your downloaded copy may be retained for your own personal use under our Terms of Service.
Delivery problems and refunds
If we cannot resolve a confirmed delivery or file problem, see our Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
